All my knives are hand forged from carbon steel. Knives made from this material can be made sharper and holds a better edge.

It will always beat stainless steel in sharpness and strength, but if left with residue from water food or other, rust will form. Always dry your knife with a cloth after use.

Over time a patina will form on the blade. This will only protect the knife from rust and give it more character.
